Deeper Analysis
After we review your files, we can scope a deeper contradiction and missing-document review if the matter calls for it. This is quoted separately based on volume and complexity.
Scope Notes
- Page counts are approximate. If your files exceed the package limit, we will let you know and quote the difference before proceeding.
- New documents or new questions submitted after scoping constitute a new engagement.
- Deliverables are provided as Word (.docx) and PDF. All analysis sections are labeled “Draft observations for attorney review.”
Revision Policy
One revision is included per engagement. A revision covers factual corrections and adjustments to the existing scope. New analysis, new documents, or new questions are a new scope.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are provided with your engagement proposal.
Retention
All matter files are deleted from active local storage within 21 days after final delivery, unless you request a different retention window. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
